Do you accept returns?
Yes, all items will be returned in exchange for credit voucher. You will receive a credit voucher via email once we received your return parcel.

What should I do if I received the defected item?
You may return the defect item within 3 days from the date you received your item. You will received a new item or we will make a refund to your bank account after thorough inspection from our side.
*Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used. It may appear darker or lighter.
*There might be 2-3cm vary in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. If you are still in doubt, you may measure your existing clothes, that you find that its fitting you and compare the measurement to our clothes. Or, you can opt to try our clothes, if you find that the size doesn’t suits you, you can exchange.
*For items with slightly imperfection, loose thread, small stains, etc will not be considered as defected.
Out Of Stock Refund
When a product you ordered is sold out, we will make a refund to your bank account.
We re-check all the items before we ship it out, if the item is defected and we do not have enough in stock, this means that your product is no longer available for shipping.
We try our best to most efficiently notify our customers and update our system as frequently as possible to prevent such cases, however these instances are sometimes inevitable and we sincerely apologize for such inconvenience.
